CHECKsika is a Gotoclient agent that verifies and enriches company databases. Here are short answers to what teams ask most before their first check.

- What is Base Check?
- CHECKsika's first capability: it cleans, verifies and completes company databases with a cited source for each value.
- Which file formats work?
- Excel (XLSX) and CSV. Downloads are available as Excel with source, normalised, results and evidence sheets, or CSV.
- Which fields can she research?
- Company name, brand, VAT, address, city, province, region, phone, website, sector, business model, LinkedIn page and company heads, plus your own custom fields.
- Can I add a field that isn't on the list?
- Yes. Tell CHECKsika in the import chat and she will add it as a custom field and agree how to research it.
- What is a company head?
- The CEO or equivalent top person, such as owner, founder or managing director. Up to three are proposed, ranked by role.
- Why does the brand name matter?
- Registers hold legal names, while websites and LinkedIn use the brand. Linking the two makes every other search more precise.
- Can I close the browser during a check?
- Yes. Checks run on our servers and continue until they finish.
- Who can use CHECKsika today?
