How it works

From messy list to trusted database.

CHECKsika turns an outdated company database into a cleaned, evidence-backed proposal. You upload a spreadsheet, agree the work with her in a chat, and she checks every company against official registers and the public web, citing a source for each value she proposes.

Upload your database

Drop an Excel or CSV file. Every column is kept. Familiar headers in any major European language, such as Stadt, Ville or Comune, map to standard fields automatically.

Agree the work

CHECKsika rephrases exactly what she will research for each field, such as VAT, sector or company heads. Nothing runs until you agree.

Import and normalise

She removes duplicates, fixes spelling and character issues and fills deterministic values, such as province from postcode. The original file stays untouched in its own view.

Check with live sources

Each company is checked against official registers and web sources on our servers. You can close your laptop; progress keeps updating in real time.

Edit the proposal and export

Results arrive as one colour-coded proposal: confirmed, filled, changed, kept or earlier findings. Edit what you like and download Excel with sources and evidence.
